Shipping policy

Packaging Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to arrive safely and ready to enjoy or give as a thoughtful gift.

Processing time Orders are dispatched within 4 working days. Orders placed Monday–Thursday are posted on Friday. Orders placed Friday–Sunday are posted on Tuesday.

Personalised items may take a little longer, as each one is created especially for you. If you need something urgently, please get in touch at hello@joliartes.com and I'll always do my best to help.

Delivery Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been posted, you'll receive confirmation that it's on its way. We currently do not ship to the UK.

I ship via Correos for orders within Spain (untracked) and Costablanca Mail for all EU destinations. Tracked & Signed shipping is available as an option at checkout for EU orders.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
