Returns Policy

I hope you'll love your order. If there's a problem, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and I'll do everything I can to make things right.

A few things to know:

• No refunds on wholesale orders.
• Handmade means beautifully unique. Slight variations in colour are totally normal, so I don't offer refunds or exchanges for those reasons.
• As personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or there's been an error on my part. This is in accordance with EU consumer law.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact me within 14 days by email at hello@joliartes.com and include a photograph of the item and its packaging. I'll work with you to find the best solution.
